ASM Mahavidyalaya, Jait, Mathura (UP) is one of the institution of the state that was established in the year 2014 by Shri Agrawal Shiksha Mandal (Regd.), a more than 100 years old philanthropic and democratic trust.

The college campus is spread in more than 6 acres of the land located near Vrindavan, Mathura. The college provides various undergraduate degree courses. The college is affiliated to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra (formerly known as Agra University).

Additionally the college also provides Job-oriented-training programs in collaboration with MSME(Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises) and NSDC(National Skill Development Corporation).
