Admission Procedure

Students seeking admission are required to submit the following documents along with the Admissions, failing which Admissions may be rejected.

  1. Transfer certificate in original of the last college attended.
  2. Character Certificate of the last college attended in original
  3. Five passport size photographs.
  4. N.C.C./ N.S.S. / Games certificate copies if any.
  5. Copies of all such certificate for which the candidate wants additional merit counts.
  6. Caste certificate (In case of SC / ST / OBC students)
  7. Income certificate for those who seek the benefit of scholarship.
  8. Copy of Aadhar Card.

A student seeking admission in the Mahavidyalaya shall adopt the following procedure:

  1. He shall fill up the prescribed application form for the admission carefully in his / her own hand writing in block capital letters and shall present it along with self attested photocopies of mark sheet of all he examinations passed. Original mark sheets and other relevant certificates shall be produced bt the student at the time of admission.
  2. All the students will have to submit three passport size photograph to be pasted on the application form, Library Card and Identity Card.
  3. The Director of admission Committee appointed by the Principal can refuse admission to any student without assigning any reason whatsoever.
  4. All the student must submit their original transfer certificate along with the Admissions. Candidates from other Universities are required to submit their Migration Certificate along with the form.
  5. No student shall be allowed to appear in the examination of the University unless he / she has been enrolled as a student of University.
  6. A student can appear in the U6. A student can appear in the University examination only when he / she has 75% attendance in the lectures.

Anti - Ragging Cell

To control any incident of ragging the Anti-Ragging Committee and Anti-Ragging squad have been made by the college management. Our Experts keep on counseling the fresher's and senior to control any type of ragging. If any incident of Ragging comes to the notice of the authority the concerned students shall be given liberty to explain and if his explanation is not found satisfactory, the authority would expel him from the institution.
